  Wife of Peter Laughlin, grandson of J.O. Laughlin, Rosa Mae Laughlin, 65, Wheaton, died at 9:10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Reginial Medical Center, Joplin, after suffering a short illness.

  Mrs. Laughlin was born April 4, 1916, Washburn, Missouri. She moved from Pea Ridge, Arkansas to Wheaton in 1973. She assisted her husband in farming and dairy farming. She was a member of the Wheaton Church of Christ. She married Pete Laughlin November 12, 1938, at Pineville. He survives. Also surviving are a foster son, Barney Banks, Fairview; 5 brothers, Denver Bans, Bryce Banks, Vernon Banks, Armon Banks, and Ed Banks all of Washburn, 5 sisters Hazel Schrader, Tampa, Texas, Edith Wade, Washburn, Maggie Woodard, Pineville, Oleta Woodard, Pea Ridge, Geneve Antles, Exeter and 3 grandchildren.

 Services will be at the Wheaton Church of Christ at 2:00 p.m., Saturday under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary, Joplin and burial will be in the Roller Cemetery, Washburn, Mo.
